What about the difference between this edition and 2nd edition?

I want to know any input about this edition, particularly from people who have used or looked through both editions.Because I have the 2nd edition and want to buy the new 3rd edition so i want to know is it worth buying the new edition or there isn't great difference between both. Thanks.

It has color now and they added a few points, but it's pretty much the same.

I haven't read much and have already noticed some typos. Stuff like ">" instead of "<" and the wrong values in a table.

Have you guys noticed a lot of new stuff? I have the 2nd edition (corrected all the typos etc.). Is it worth buying the 3rd edition when you already have the 2nd ??

where can I find the official errata for 2nd edition?

Any updates?
I have been using the 2nd ed off and on during all of MS3 and some of 4, but I decided to buy the 3rd ed and copy all my notes into it. (I thought that would be a good way to make me read through it again before step 2.) Although I have only gone through neuro I have gotten a little nervous about things that have been removed, for ex the pages on head trauma (epidural, subdurals etc) have been removed, also brain abscesses is no longer in the book?! Has anyone else noticed this?

I am starting to think I should stick to the 2nd ed, I really havent noticed anything new that has been of use. (yet)
