If I was to use one book to study for step 2, along with USMLEWorld, which one would you recommend?

Try Master the Boards by Conrad Fischer, it is better than both of these two. It is for Step 3 but does fine for CK too.

*Sigh*. I hate the FA series, but unfortunately it seems that it's still the best resource out there. I hope that Master the Boards Step 2 will knock it on its ass come November.
