Sorry for the annoying question,

With a step1 of 200 (I know, it's BAD), solid research of over 7 publications, and a step2 of over 240, what are my chances? Is the low step 1 gonna hurt me no matter what?

there is a guy i know of, got a step I 195, tons of pubs (like what most PD's have) and matched top tier. Is it easy hell no, but if you really want GU then you oughta try
