the actual test day CCS software mirrors exactly the software used in Uworld ... if you want to practice navigation of the software program, practice uw's ccs software . the orientation material's ccs program is a bit old in comparison to test software. I recently took my test in august this year and I can attest to the fact that it was exactly like Uworld's .. with minor differences in order screen choices as follows:

- uworld ccs doesn't let you choose imaging tests with or without contrast
- actual test ccs DOES let you choose between contrast options. So keep that in mind when doing a case. If your patient requires contrast or not (it does matter for points).
