some schools you have to go to and download it yourself. they are kind of slow in telling you to go to their website and download the form. other schools are still screening you.

Last Wednesday? That's cutting it a little close to the deadline. But on the other hand I didn't get mine in much sooner. Here's to procrastination! 👍

Maybe the OP should start worrying...

After all, the schools that don't screen probably would have sent the OP secondaries soon after they submitted their AMCAS.

I was verified 8/17, and I didn't start getting secondaries -- even from nonscreening schools -- until 8/26, when I got a flood of them.

For example, if you applied to Tulane, you can go straight to their website and begin their secondary before they notify you that you can access it. A lot of schools only require you to put in your SSN, AMCAS #, or birthdate in order to access their secondaries.

perhaps try a sdn search for links to the different secondary sites. i'v seen a few of them posted in various threads for people who have misplaced the emails or want to get a head start. if they are secondaries which are sent to everyone, you can start them. this may help to channel nervous energy. 😳

It was my impression that verified AMCAS's are not uploaded every day, but more like once a week. Depending on what day that might be, your schools may have only just gotten your secondary.

Just wait, in another month you'll be in MY shoes... secondaries submitted, but no interviews!! 🙂 That's okay... since that at least means SOMEONE's moving up on this list!
