I was wondering if anyone on here has applied to the Still Scholars program at KCOM (in the past or just recently applied) or am I all alone? 🙂

What does this entail again? I thought the Still scholarship was like 1k that the top students in the class got every year?

It's an early admission program to ATSU-KCOM. You apply after your sophomore year (by June 1) and go through an interview and if you're accepted into the Still Scholars program (just meaning you receive early admission) you are saved a seat for the academic year after you graduate undergrad. And the major bonus: you do not have to take the MCAT if you are accepted. You still can, of course, but it is not required of you.

Unfortunately, however, it is only offered to certain undergrad schools in MO.

Oh! Gotcha. Sorry, I thought it was some kind of scholarship for currently enrolled students. Good luck with it though (if you are going to apply). KCOM is awesome.

Already applied and waiting to hear back about an interview. Turns out I'm not very good with this kind of waiting game. 🙂 Thanks a lot! And yeah, I really liked the school when I took a visit. The new simulation labs are pretty sweet!

The robotic sim lab center seems awesome. I'm not sure how often it gets used, but I really liked it on my interview day.
