Hi all!

I made a thread about this 2 days ago, but I couldnt find it. Im still stuck on this stupid e2 problem. its either im drawing the newman projections wrong, or im taking too long on the problem.

What's the easiest way to go about this? Ive narrowed it down to B/C, but i get stuck then.

Would someone mind drawing it out how they would go about this, like with a newmann?

I would greatly appreciate it!!

Thanks in advance!!

In an E2 reaction, the leaving group (Br) has to be anti-coplanar to a hydrogen. In choice B, the leaving group is anti-coplanar to the methyl group so E2 would not happen there whereas in choice C, Br is anti-coplanar to H and E2 would proceed.
