just wondering if anyones group out there is getting a stipend ? if so how how much? are you covering trauma? anyone have any info/date etc on covering level one trauma and getting a stipend? a few places i know in a few different cities have the anesthesiologists struggling to cover trauma without a stipend from the hospital. the ones that seem to cover without have lots of turnover, etc. any thoughts?
