scholarships are rare, and stipends are non-existend!Monies for living expenses in addition to tuition expenses. I just want to see if I should go ahead and accept Uconn's scholarship offer (full tuition and fees) or try for a scholarship that included a stipend for living expenses (if that's even reasonable).

I have not heard of any stipends offered to dental students, only to incoming residents. Congrats on a great scholarship offer from UConn. Take it!!👍
i've never even heard of stipends period....do tell...
Some specialty programs offer stipends, a form of payment while you train under their program. As a general dentist you'll be paid while becoming a specialist.
I'm sorry for being unreasonable. I'm going to accept the offer
does baylor offer one?
I know their Pediatric Dental program does and I believe the AEGD does as well.
oh, i thought those programs are post-dds...aren't they graduate dental programs?
