Stony Brook Interview - What to Expect?

Hey guys, I have my interview for Stony this Thursday. I was wondering what to expect when I get there. Anyone have one recently? Thanks!

Oh sweet, I'll try and sneak by the conference room during my lunch break 🙂.

I had a crazy interview since the guy who interviewed me is like that haha. He just throws all these odd ball questions your way and you have no idea how to answer. If you get him you'll know. Just don't bs anything. You don't need to give a Miss America speech. He really just wants to see if you'd fit into the school. How's your sense of humor... can you deal with his? He's now one of my professors. He teaches a first year course that we take once a week (Thursdays actually). I like the class, I think it's hilarious.

Anyhow, I was scared s--tless after my interview because I thought I wouldn't get in. But luckily I did.

I think if you get ANYONE else, you'll be fine. I haven't heard any bad things about any other interviewers.

does anyone know the percentage of students who get an interview at stony? and out of that how many usually get accepted?
