Does Stony Brook report GPA to residency programs?

I know that their classes are unranked, but they still recieve grades. Are these grades reported to residency programs during matching?

Did not attend Stony Brook but typically residency programs have access to your grades via your transcript when applying as a 3rd year. After the match process and graduation, you will send in a final transcript to show that you gradated with no issues. During the "match" process you will still be in the middle of your fall semester (ortho) or shortly into your spring semester (pedo, OS, AEGD/GPR). However, by then match lists would have been submitted. The school doesn't directly contact residency programs on your behalf.

At SB, letter grades are reported on your transcript, GPA is not.
