I chose SB for personal reasons. It is close and the tuition is very manageable. The cost-to-benefit ratio is quite high. I don't know much about Colombia's program and their stats. But it is a reputable school so I assume it is good but also very expensive. All in all, just do some research and see what floats your boat. Some factors may be their graduation rate, exam pass rate, tuition cost, location, staff, class size, etc. As for my stats for the next poster, they were mediocre. My GPA was around 3.1 but I took a bunch of extra classes and boosted it up to 3.3-3.4. My pre-requisite GPA was pretty good because of that and it was a 3.7ish. GRE's were slightly above the average I think. But numbers aside have some extra curricular activities and a killer essay!
