Any one hear from them recently? Last thing I heard was "we are currently in receipt of your application" but I haven't heard anything else in a while.

I haven't heard from them either after that first email. Hopefully things start picking up soon at all the schools.

Nothing, I felt this cycle goes really really slow compared to what I observed last year.

yea I got the same email on July 6th..been almost 3 months..hmm..i hope they got rest of my application (scores, LORs)

So I checked predents today and some people got stony brook interviews so they seem to be moving along with the process. One side of me seems happy for those who got interviews but my other side feels betrayed and pissed because they aren't even instate. Or perhaps this is just my obsession since stony brook is my #1.

did you look at the stats for OOS acceptance out of interviews? I think last year they interviewed 57 out of state students and only accepted 3? I got that from the excel sheet someone made on the forum.
