Today I received a letter informing me that I was on their 'high priority' waiting list. I was wondering if anyone had any info about this, IE is there more then one list like medium and low or do they just say high to everyone. Also, does anyone know the turnover rate of this last and lastly, to anyone who has gotten off the high priority list did you write letters, set up meetings or what? Please let me know thru PM or respond back here. Thanks

ugh. i was high priority waitlist too -- but i have a sneaking suspicion that's what they tell ALL their waitlisted applicants. a friend of mine works in the admissions department and she just said to do the usual -- update your application if necessary and just let them know you're still interested. email, call, whatever - not too much to be annoying. but enough so that they can remember you. supposedly the turnover rate is pretty high (the admissions dept told me i was "still in the game", but they don't have a rough number). another friend was waitlisted there a few years ago and was accepted a couple days before the year started, but hey...at least it's an in 🙂

Anyone who was on this last year have any advice? Update letters / letter of intent? What helped you guys. Please let me know, thanks
