strange mailing from Penn

I got mail from UPenn today... an empty envelope. It is from "Academic Programs, Minority Affairs". It is this large envelope, paid 60 cents postage, but nothing inside, not even sealed. I called them to figure out what happened, I only got to leave a message with a secretary and no one called me back.

Please don't flame me. I'm just asking if anyone else received this and if it had sensitive material inside. 😕

I'm not even a URM, just an ordinary minority that isn't under the URM definition.

sounds like an admissions office blooper... Person puts postage on envelope and it gets whisked off to the post office w/o its contents...
