Strange mixed bag application PLEASE NEED ADVICE!

Okay so please help me figure out what I should do and if I have a chance.

MCAT 517
GPA 3.35 (After 2 years DIY post bacc)
missing 2 chemistry credits (attempted before with 2 Ds) --- yes I ****ed up
Decent EC/Shadowing
ORM
Canadian

Thoughts?
What should I do at this point?

Yes, at those DO schools that accept internationals.

I'm pretty sure you need at least C's in those chem classes to apply. Unless they are chem electives and you have passed the gen chems. Most schools I have looked at have gen chem 1 and 2 as pre requisites.

They are gen chem. I am planning on taking 2 chemistry courses in the next semester.
