strengthen MSK experience

hi I was interested in doing a good MSK (sports/nonsports bread and butter) away elective during my pgy4 year, any suggestions, something hopefully wit MSK U/S experience too, anybody got input into what are good MSK rotations around the country for outside residents to rotate in

check out the MSK elective at UMDNJ-Newark they do MSK US, general MSK, and spinal injections. mayo clinic rochester also is into MSK US it is mostly sports medicine focused.
