I'm two and a half weeks away from my test and my stress levels are through the roof. On practice aamcs I'm making careless, stupid mistakes on easy questions which is reallllllly hurting me. I'm finishing PS with about 15-20 mins and BS with 25+ mins. I feel like I'm really stressed during the test and in a rush to finish even though I end up w extra time leftover. Does anyone have any suggestions to calm myself down, stop stressing so much? Or why I'm making these mistakes if not due to stress? All input is appreciated.

Sorry wrong forum. Can someone move this to mcat discussions. Thanks.

The answer seems very obvious-slow down and pace yourself. Stress and careless mistakes are caused by rushing through the test.

if you are finishing PS with 15-20 min left over and can check over answers.. then you are in excellent shape lol... I would be lucky to get 5-8 min...
