I haven't posted in a loooong time. This is more a post so I can complain.

I love how schools like to screw you over. I was waiting to send in apps because it was advised by MCG that I wait until my Honors Histology class and Dental Internship were completed this summer. Fine. It's later than I would have liked to send the AADSAS app in, but whatever.

NOW, my honors Histo. class isn't showing up as Honors on my transcript, and I don't want to have them be like "WTF? this kids lying!" So I need to work this out. I busted my butt in there to get an A on a graduate grading scale. RAAAAAAAR!!!!

Plus, MCG said they've gotten a handful of apps this year with 20-23 for DAT scores, plus a good number of 11-14s. (which won't get interviews). This stresses me out because I don't have 20-23s and MCG is basically my best shot at getting in somewhere!!

Keep things in perspective. One class being honors or not is not going to matter all that much. Try to fix it, but dont delay your app any longer. Plenty of students get into MCG with your DAT score.

I hate to tell you this but I totally disagree with what MCG told you. If it was me i would have sent in the application as soon as possible and then followed with updated transcripts and activities list as necessary.

PS. If you have any more questions about MCG or UAB pm me. I was accepted at both.

Well, I was just going by what Stephanie Perry told me to do. And the Honors paperwork just needs to be taken back up to the Honors College because apparently they don't have it anymore. So that should be fixed soon.

What's nerve racking to me is Mrs. Perry talking about 20-23's on a handful of the apps they've received at MCG so far...
