My application is so late 🙁 Just got my final reference letter from the last prof (even though I asked in like February).

Anyway, I sent my transcript but it hasn't reached them yet. Should I submit anyway, or wait?

You are getting late in the game my friend. Just submit your application now. You can submit LOR's later.
