there are lots of them.. Texas A&M Scott and White program, etc. but most university programs will require that you have some research experiences. It's the name of the game just to get in.. once you're in, more than half who had previously wanted to do academic research Hem/Onc opt to go to private practice..
The question that you will be asked by people is why do you want to go to an university program if you are not interested in research. There are a lot of great community programs that will give great training for private practice.

Especially when members of the fellowship selection committee would like to have someone to help do research and/or write papers.
You might end up at a university program but if you are not really interested in research you migh not be happy when the faculty keep asking you to do research as a fellow. Even if you fool the PD that you are interested in an academic career, you will not be a good fit for that program once you arrive if you matched with false pretenses.
My advisors have to told me to be honest during the whole interview process.
