Structuring of Secondary Essay

This is kind of a dumb/weird question but when writing a secondary essay, should it be structured with the standard thesis, conclusion etc. or can it just directly answer the question asked?

I think it can be whatever you want it to be as long as you answer the prompt.

It's a one page limit. It asks me what qualities I possess that would make me a successful pharmacist. I'm just unsure if I should just flat-out answer the questions or write it with a thesis, conclusion etc.

Just answer the question- don't write a list or anything but if it was me, I wouldn't necessarily follow a standard essay format unless it was required.
