I'm in my senior year and am taking biochemistry for a second time, after withdrawing the first time around. I am struggling again in the class and will end up with a C in the class, if I'm lucky. Not sure what to do, should I retake it for a third time?

How about your science gpa and are you taking any other science classes?
My science GPA is 3.3. Right now the only other science class I’m taking is anatomy, which I’m doing good in. The only other science class I’ve struggled this much in was gen chem second semester, I got a C in that

Assuming that you are getting an A in anatomy and every other class you are taking this semester, I wouldn't mind the C in biochemistry. Retaking a class for three times is a red flag and tbh, not worth the headache. And you never know if you'll get an A or a C in your third try. Just do your best.
