stuck on secondary: describe yourself ;_;

Hi everyone!
Like the title suggested... I'm stuck on the question : describe yourself

I wrote a something about helping my friend go through a death in the family. But then I realized that it fits more of the 'compassion' essay.

Is describe yourself an autobio sort of thing? Something like.. my family, my background...

Is this for the Albany secondary? What I did was just describe some of my characteristics that I think largely contribute to the kind of person I am and how I carry myself. It flowed pretty well and sounded good, at least on paper. I wouldn't talk about helping a friend because that's not very specific in 'describing yourself'.

if this is for albany the op only has 1000 characters, I just started off by saying what my friends always say about me and then expanding on it and how it has shown through in activities/etc I have done. short and sweet

This actually seems like a good question because it's so broad - you can write anything that relates to you that you want them to know.
