Student Loan Issues

Ok Guys, so I have a problem going on here. I have been out of school ( taking a break, kind of, ) and today I received two letters in the mail, one from different lenders (Privates) that my student loan payments will start on 12/09. I am currently taking a class (4 units) but I will be taking 12-15 units again this Spring (January 2010).

Is there anything I can do to wave, defer this loans?? I will be going back to school this January and then apply to med school...

This stuff has me worried now, damn it...

call them, tell them u will be a part time student in the spring, u might have to fax them the entrollment form but they will defer it
