Any of you hospital guys and gals been "studerized"? How did you feel about the process? Pros and cons?

Also I have read (and heard) that hospitals will fire people based on Studer Group recommendations. Have you seen this to be true in your organizations?

Some sort of improvement group that hospitals hire.

Maybe along the lines of six sigma but more focused on "customer" service?
