I remember using this website for my rotations, residency etc. Now , I am an attending in Westchester, NY. Would like to host any students rotating at Westchester Medical Center or those in New York.
This large, private, one-person studio / bedroom in a townhouse overlooking the Hudson is available for rent (currently updating- you'll have separate own bathroom upstairs till your own is upgraded). The room comes with a mini fridge, and there is a microwave and toaster. The house is cleaned often(there is cleaning lady), and the house is amazing and well-maintained. I am interested in renting to a female. This house is walking distance to Metro north, there is plenty of parking.
This studio is semi- furnished, beautiful and overlooking Hudson. The awe-inspiring vistas of the River, majestic Manhattan skyline, picturesque Tappan Zee Bridge, and the steep cliffs of the Palisades Mountains will take your breath away. You are 15 minutes to Westchester Medical Center and a short walk to shopping, dining, parks and the Metro-North (just 38 min. to NYC). Excellent location.
Owner lives upstairs in the townhouse. There are no pets and no smoking allowed in the house. It is an amazing location, walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and laundry mats. There is a shared laundry in upstairs unit(which can be coordinated). There is great highway and train accessibility.
It is available to show and rent immediately.
Pls contact me at aastha1981 @ gmail (the page won't allow me to write my email).
