Hi guys -
I'm studying abroad this coming fall of my senior year. I thought podiatry school interviews were held in the winter, but I just talked to admissions at OCPM and they begin as early as October!! If I get an interview, can I defer it until I get back in the states in December? Will that hurt my chances of being competetive for scholarships?

You should call the schools and explain the situation.

yeah i had my interview at DMU in mid october and i wasnt even in the first group of people interviewed....

I was in the first group interviewed at DMU and that was late September if I recall correctly.

thanks, unfortunately I leave for Denmark Aug 28th... I think I'll call the schools in early Aug and explain my story and see if I can't sneak in extra early or if they'd prefer I wait until late Dec.
