Study abroad transcript evaluation

I did a summer session at the American University in Dubai via Clinton Scholarship. I need to have the transcript sent to AADSAS but they said that it has to be evaluated by WES or ECE. Has anyone gone through this process before?
I want to be in the first batch and I'm scared that this evaluation process will delay my application.
