please somebody guide me .iam from india completed my BDS planning to come US shortly and pursue my studies thereunder H4 visa . please tell me what exams i have to clear . i have given my toefl ibt in india and got 97 . do all university require nbde part 1 and part 2 to be cleared or part1 enough .what would be the fees for the study <dds> or <ms> .can i directly apply for ms.please help somebody reply

Check out each school that offers an advanced standing program and its admission criteria.They all have different requirements regarding NBDE 1 and 2 as well as different cut off for TOEFL scores.
For MS you have to check the school site again and see the requirements.Some may require that you take the GRE.
As for the H4 visa issue, I know of people who have studied on the H4 visa status but it would finally be decided by the school/ISSO whether or not you can continue on this visa status.

Yes you will have to take part 1 and if you can take part 2, you have more universities to apply to, you can get admission on H4 visa but it will be better to change it to F1 at the time of admission or later. It will be better if you improve your TOEFL score and try to get a 100+.
Total Fees for international DDS/DMD ranges from 120,000 to 250,00.
Yes you can directly apply for MS programs but admissions are competitve for FTD's
