Hiya folks, I took NBME 4 this past week and got a disappointing 480/213. My test is coming up soon, so do you guys suggest I strictly do UWORLD w/explanations or should I study my weak points as suggested by the NBME bars?

Seems like you might benefit more from memorizing core concepts in FA rather than trying to remembre specific questions/details offered by UWORLD
