What are your studying habits in undergrad? How much do you study per day? What's your major? Do you ever cram for tests/ procrastinate on projects?
How are your grades affected by it?
I do about 3ish sometimes 4 hours a day, more on weekends ( 4-5 hours total) but I only study 4/5 weekdays because there's always that one day where my schedule is long and tiring so I don't study much on those days.
My grades are pretty good overall as well, so I'd say it's working.

Majority of my time during the week is spent doing comp sci projects or working. Weekend is free game for studying/Anki for my bio class and getting caught up with the useless pile of trash that is Bio lab.

Uuuhhhh lots of note taking, doing assigned practice problems, fluffy classes I just do what I'm assigned.
Like in genetics I do online hw, i do thr problem sets, and I digest the chapters with notes.
Orgo I digest chapters with notes, do workbook problems, ask questions at tutoring center.
I get distracted mainly while doing work for fluffy classes though, not so much for my harder classes.

I do have a B in my online crim class though ._. soooo maybe not as good as I thought I was...

those CS assignments can be brutal 🙁

My study habits are deplorable. As we speak, I'm taking an extra long porcelain vacation to avoid studying for an exam. I'm also on reddit and sdn at the same time. The internet has ruined my self-discipline...

There is only one appropriate way to study for an exam. Procrastinate until the last minute and then invest your life force cramming for the exam. You get an A and several years off the top of your life span.

Before class: review last class notes and read the book about what we're learning today.

During class: PAY ATTENTION. take notes and try to connect the dots. Write down any question marks next to confusing stuff.
After class: podcast/ re-write notes
Before next class: study notes, do practice problems, make sure you understand material

Weekends: review that week's notes, do practice, get questions answered.

One thing I used to do was make a doc of questions for myself. Example: what does the loop of henle do? How does mitosis work? How is it different that meiosis? Name all parts of forebrain. Stuff like that. I studied those every week, and highlighted the ones that were tough so I paid special attention to them

During the day: study every moment I don't have class. Breaks for eating.
Have fun Friday/ Saturday night.
Bio major. 3.75gpa. (Did terrible 1st year and that brought it down)

What are you're studying habits in undergrad?
Calm.com or Chillhop on youtube. It calms me down so I can focus and study. Then I turn it off after 20 minutes.
How much do you study per day?
2-3hours.
What's your major?
Earth Science or Geography
Do you ever cram for tests/ procrastinate on projects?
Yes, always (lol).
How are your grades affected by it?
Got mostly A's, but got C's and B's because I didn't try hard enough or study enough.

Rewriting notes only goes so far.

As coursework gets more difficult, I found that it became more effective for me to do practice problems and then fill in my knowledge gaps with rewriting notes from there. This also was effective for my MCAT.

Also, I suggest finding a group of students you can study with. Better if they have different strengths than you and each other. That's how I got through undergrad!
