study material

If you have time and money, I would recommend the Kaplan course. If you are one of those self-motivated people and can force yourself to study, I've heard that the topscore CD rom is good. Stay away from the Barron's book - it's no good.

i highly recommend kaplan's DAT cd over topscore's. i used both and have found that topscore's PAT section was full of mistakes both in their questions as well as answers. the kaplan cd PAT workshop has this cool 3D image viewer where it allows you to rotate shapes and see the relationship between the 2D picture and the true 3D form. but all in all, PAT just takes practice. do enough problems and you'll soon start getting the hang of it. 😀

the kaplan course doesnt help that much, they dont teach you anything you havent learned in your science classes.

i highly recommend the kaplan books, however. i studied strictly from the bboks and got a 20/22
