Hi Guys, I know that there are other posts on here about using all of these study materials...but those threads weren't really answering my questions.
I am taking the MCAT August 23rd and my Kaplan class goes from July 5th to Aug 11th. By July 4th I will have read/reviewed all TBR/EK chapters using SN2s plan (at least the first 2/3s of that plan). I have been reading a chapter a day (followed by 1/3 of the corresponding passages) and then once I get through 1-2 chapters in each book and I do a review day at the end of the week where I review my notes from each subject and do the second 1/3 of the corresponding problems from each subject. However, I still feel rocky on a good amount of the material even after the review days.... I plan to take the Kaplan course very seriously and pay attention and really make those 5 weeks count. During the course of those 5 weeks there are 5 full length practice MCATS. After August 11th, I will do 1 AAMC MCAT every other day until the test date (reviewing previous days MCAT during the off-days).
What do you think?
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to improve my plan?
Do people ever just take the Kaplan class and then just take the MCAT? What I mean by this is... Am I going beyond/doing extra by getting through all of the material before the course starts? Or does everyone do this to do well?
I know i have kinda weird questions, but I would really appreciate any advice I can get!
Thanks so much for your time!
