Hi!!

So I plan on taking step 1 on May.I started doing DIT2012 but felt that I needed more so I grabbed my Kaplan books since they are more detailed oriented. I have the Kaplan 2012 books and 3 month UWORLD Qbank, but I don't have a clear idea on how to start. Can somebody help me out please? I really need to do great on this test but I'm getting scared which is not good at all.:scared::scared::scared::scared::scared:
HELP PLEASE!!!

Well, you already have all the materials at hand. One proven technique is to read thru Kaplan and have first aid alongside, transcribing the extra points onto first aid. Then stick to first aid for further revisions. Space out nbmes in between to track your progress and do uworld in random timed/timed tutor mode to keep the grasp on the topics you are not currently dealing with. Defining your target score is a very good thing to do at this point in your prep. As is considering more than one qbank. But keep in mind the time you have and plan accordingly.
Stay calm and keep pushing hard. As someone very elegantly put it, consider studying as your job. Clock in, clock out. Dont let the emotional roller-coaster get in the way of your schedule.

No problem. Would be also good if you use a different pen color while noting down from kaplan notes and uworld. As towards the end we barely get enough time to review first aid, so knowing the source of the data from one glance will help prioritise the essential info. Again, not my idea, but collective wisdom from the advice on the forum which I have found to be true.
