Sorry if this has been asked already, but what's a good way to start studying as test day gets closer?

My test is scheduled for July 16 which is about 4.5 months away. Granted I'm still in school (we finish in May), I try to get in a couple of hours of board study per day consisting of UWorld and USMLERx questions. Is there anything else I should be doing now? And once school ends, what is the best use of the 1.5 months of study time I have to maximize my score?

I haven't bought a test prep program yet, but I'm thinking about Kaplan Comprehensive just because I really tanked first year but have been doing a lot better second year. I always review the first year material associated with whichever organ system we're doing in class before starting the actual assigned material so I can get my bearings, but I somehow don't think that's going to be enough.

Any help is appreciated!
