Hello everyone,
I would like to ask for some advise regarding study strategies for residents. I'm currently enrolled in a program where the environment is not ideal for learning. I work at multiple sites and cross-cover multiple attendings often, who in turn treat multiple sites concurrently, so it's been difficult to focus on learning one site at a time. To add to this, the clinical load is substantial which leaves little time to study and there is no true support structure for learning. Any input would be appreciated
