I am planning to take my DAT (first attempt) in the end of June of this year and shortly apply to dental schools (assuming I do well). Based on my graduation status, I was wondering if it was worth taking Anatomy and Physiology 1 (or 2) with the lab along with studying for the DAT. Is it helpful or would it just be unnecessary work/stress to worry about while prepping for my DAT.

Absolutely unnecessary. A class would go way more in depth than needed, and would take away from precious study-time!

I agree with jlim395, spend your time studying for the DAT exam, taking those classes would indeed add unnecessary stress when you have enough stress just preparing for the DAT

I took it at the same time I was studying for my dat. It really did help, but it was not necessary at all and added more stress than was needed. You can get the same info from other sources without the stress factor.
