Hello,
D3 here starting to study for CBSE. I don't have any classmates interested in OMFS. I DM'd the upperclassmen who got into OMFS residency but didn't get a response from him about studying sources.

I've been searching here and it seems like a lot of people recommend:
1. UWorld
2. Pathoma
3. First Aid
4. Sketchy Micro

Do I just buy all of them for Step 1? I'm starting from the scratch here!

Thank you!

Yup, there are lots of threads and detailed breakdowns but they all basically use those same 4 materials with or without anki.

Boards and beyond is also a really good resource! He has videos explaining concepts in a really nice way and also has a bunch of practice questions.

Watch pathoma, sketchy and boards and beyond before doing uworld/first aid to get an idea of what you need to know.

Use the Step 1 forum on Reddit, they’re very helpful too.

I’d add to that Pixorize for Biochem & Immunology if either is a weak point for you.

Rewatch Pathoma Chapters 1-3 right before your exam for free points.

I'm studying for the Feb 2022 exam and I'm currently halfway through pathoma. I've been using the Duke deck alongside it. Between reviews and new cards it's getting difficult to find time to progress through pathoma. Should I drop Anki for now so that I can get through pathoma and the other resources more quickly? I'm worried that I'll run out of time trying to get through everything and Uworld before Feb.
