Hey everyone just asking for some opinions from students who have studied and taken the DAT.
Should I consider taking the DAT the summer after sophomore year or junior year? People have said it is better to take the DAT after sophomore year since bio/chem/ochem is still fresh in their brains while others said to take it after junior year as you will be more knowledge. If I take the DAT the summer after sophomore year, I will not have taken organic chemistry II yet but by not taking ochem II before the DAT will that hurt my overall chances of getting a good score? (I will have taken ochem I)
In your opinion when is the best time of the year to take the DAT? Say I schedule it for late May then I would start studying 3 months in advance but that means balancing studying DAT and the insane workload of other classes. Maybe February since I can study all winter break and spring semester just started?
How long does it take to get your DAT results?
