Hey All,
As I'm currently studying for the DAT right now, I'm freaking out. I'm feeling extremely overwhelmed and disappointed at my pace. Here's the thing, I have all the usual resources (Destroyer, Odyssey, Chads, CDP, Cliff's, etc) and I want to take my exam end of August. I'm not looking for a super ridiculous high score, but let's just say I'd be content with a 20-21. because I feel like I'm taking such a long time going through the "exposure phase" like watching Chads videos and taking super detailed notes, do you guys think its worth it to cut it short and start doing problems? At this pace, I won't be done with my exposure phase till another 2.5 weeks..gah! 😕 I'm thinking of just watching the remaining videos quickly, taking only necessary minimal notes (not detailed, as I was doing) and just straight tackling problems. Pretty desperate at this point and running out of time.
I'm the type of person to learn well through trial and error, and study M/C questions well (which is awesome for Destroyer).
I'm suggesting this because a) I know my pace and can't waste time b) I have family weddings coming up this month which will cut my study time. I rather study through practice problems and ace my ability in answering questions like a beast. I hate to cram this, but unfortunately I feel like this is what needs to be done atm.
Thank you all for your help. I appreciate it!!!
