I believe Russia is a very wonderful country education wise.
It is affordable but very cold.
From what I've read and heard, their medical schools are very okay standard wise.
Where there might be a problem would be administration.
Hope this helps.

Where do you want to practice medicine ? Russia ? If not, what i think is the case - it is going to be a very rude awakening at the end of the road.
