depends on how in depth the slides are. however, you should be able to preread, watch, rewatch, and memorize with anki decks the lectures you had that day and also review the previous day's lectures in the long term anki deck you're making for your exam. This will ensure everything is memorized before the test. Right before, I would do practice tests with kaplan or RX (save UWorld for dedicated study period).
The prereading should be a short textbook like Costanzo on the topic and definitely first aid for the topic. Start annotating first aid early.
