I'm not planning to take the DAT till this summer but thinking of getting started now on the studying. Is it too early and will I run out of material/forget the material by the time the test comes around? Now, I have a full-time job, am shadowing, doing community service and also taking a class, so I can only put in about 1-3 hours a day during the weekdays on DAT studying. I don't want to take the DAT before the summer because my class has a final in May and I don't want the two to coincide.

Basically, if someone has a full-time job, is there a length of studying that is too long?

As long as you make sure to go over the material again as you get closer, I don't see how it would be a problem.

When should I start taking practice tests so as not to run out of material too early?
