They say you are limited to 175 characters including space but when i go over that like 190 i saw it is OK. So my question is are they gonna automatically cut down by themselves??

I would cut it down to 175 because as you said, they might automatically cut off. Plus, adcoms don't want to read a novel in that section, so brevity is your best bet. You can always call AADSAS and ask if they pare it down for you though..

yeah im pretty sure they will cut it when you save the page.
do not go over the limt they give you and follow all directions to be safe (just like one post where you cannot bring anything to the testing center and someone brought own marker and got his/her 23 DAT score cancelled)
