Do we have to know all these stupid glaucoma drugs listed in First Aid? I just can't seem to get them down. Like which drugs increase the outflow as opposed to decreasing synthesis or secretion, etc. I can recognize the names of which drugs are used but I keep mixing up the different mechanisms.

I had a glaucoma pharm question or two... It was more MOA not so much "Which should you use" so it's worth knowing the basics.

I think its important to be able to pair a glaucoma drug name with its action (agonist/antagonist at which receptor, phosphodiesterase inhibitor, etc.), and just know what action the receptor types have (I just grouped them into "good" or "bad" for glaucoma). Just the basics.
