Hi, I had checked over my application several times before submitting but caught my stupid mistake after the application was submitted. I had put all of my contacts' prefixes as their titles. I'm wondering if this will be looked poorly on by medical schools and whether I should mention it in my secondaries. Thank you.

1) It suggests you didn't proofread your entries carefully, but you aren't the only one to misunderstand what the application means by the word "Title." The error is forgivable.
2) No. Calling attention to it makes sure it's noticed.
