1. so all schools requires pre-requisites to be finished before matriculation or
before applying?

2.I did not take two semsesters of freakin english course...hate english
Is it ok to take one literature under english department and one composition?
or should it be two composition....
especially I hate composition.... :D

1. upon matriculation, however get most if not all of them done just tosave you a pain in the ass.

2. English is English I believe. I took English 102 because I tested out of 101 in high school(AP test). This was only one semester of English. To cover my ass I went back and took a fun class on American film that was offered by the English department.
 
Depends on the schools you are applying to. Read up on their websites or in the ADEA book. Some will require a literature class, some don't care whether it's lit or Comp., and there could be some schools that require two composition courses...each school is different.
