PIECE OF SH**T. i'm so stupid. I try shrinking the pic , but it STILl says its too big!!!!!!!!!

Are u trying to load a bitmap picture? Convert it to JPEG before
attaching. JPEG is much smaller file.

Open the pic with pic viewer and drag the lower right corner of it in till it reaches the desired size (max 50x50). Have fun!
