can anyone tell me why in a galvanic cell the cathode is positive? If electrons are flowing to it shouldnt it be negative?😕 😕

Since the anode is the source of the electrons, it's negative here. It follows, then, that the cathode is positive.

I don't know who came up with this stuff.

um oh right..the question...@ anode stuffs being oxidized which creates all the e, so its negativo. which means the other one has to be positive. w00t.
